Solely to process, confirm, deliver, and provide support for your order, and to contact you about it via WhatsApp or phone with your consent (given at checkout).
How we protect it
Your data is stored securely and access is restricted to authorised staff. Phone numbers are masked in our operational logs. We never sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
How long we keep it
We retain order records for as long as needed to fulfil the order and to meet legal and accounting obligations. You may ask us to anonymise your personal details at any time — we will remove your name, phone, and email while retaining the order record itself.
