Complimentary insured shipping
Every order is packed by hand and shipped fully insured at no cost to you, from our flagship boutique to your door. Each piece travels in its silk pouch within tamper-evident, discreet packaging — because a piece with this much history deserves to arrive exactly as it left our ateliers.
Dispatch & delivery
Once your payment is verified and your order confirmed, most pieces are dispatched within 3–5 working days. Delivery across India typically follows within a further 3–7 working days depending on your location. If anything is going to take longer, our team will tell you.
Returns & exchanges
Returns and exchanges are arranged personally with our team rather than through a self-service flow. If a piece is not quite right, reach out within 7 days of delivery on Instagram and we will guide you through an exchange or return, subject to the piece being unworn and in its original packaging.
Damaged or incorrect items
In the rare event a piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact our team immediately with photographs. We will arrange collection and make it right, at our cost.
